Burnout as a sign of B12 Deficiency

Early in July, I started getting tension headaches at work — a nagging sort of pain that made it hard to concentrate and get anything done. Then came the fatigue. It was as if gravity had gained a few pounds of pressure, pushing on my body, making simple tasks suddenly difficult.

The fatigue and headaches ushered in the brain fog and the depression by mid-November. A slow dread took over each morning…
